Getting there!

Finally, a break from the rain!

Here is my little pumpkin, playing outside in the grass. (We have had three straight days of rain and the yard has gone crazy!) Do you love her new boots?!?

Almost there...

Nick has the flooring in and now just has to finish the trim. Didn't he do a great job?!?

All torn up

Our house has been torn into shambles for a few days as Nick is replacing the dirty carpet with hard wood flooring. Here is our living room full of kitchen appliances and odds and ends! We all have been getting over colds and the dust causing respiratory issues, so I am sorry for the photos with runny noses!

Babies!

Ava and I went to my friend's house for a play date last week, and we discovered that she loves babies! I am a terrible mother and she didn't have any at home, so we went and got her some twins! She has fun hugging and kissing them and putting them in their stroller--at least until she decides that she wants to ride in the stroller!!

Rain, rain go away!

Actually, Ava was quite content to play in the rain. She wanted to play outside all day but I didn't give in until she brought me my shoes and put them on my feet. When she was done in the rain she wanted to play in the Jeep. I was a little uneasy when she was climbing over the back seat, but she seemed to have it down!
