Hunk-A-Monk was my nick-name as a young girl...possibly about Ava's age, I am guessing. I think she may have inherited the climbing gene, what do you think? I promise we are getting rid of the coffee table and I have ordered her a "climber" toy so she can safely climb as much as she wants!!
Ava discovered the "chuck it" ball throwing toy for Bode and has claimed it as her own. She walks around with it like it is her walking stick! I also brought up the glider we borrowed from Brad and Amanda and she thought it was a great climbing toy...babygirl Braman is going to have to watch out when Ava sees her in there! Finally, she can climb into and onto anything lately; the baskets we have around the house are no longer organized! She does it all on her own...our little climber!!!
We went to grandma Judy's house for a Mother's Day visit, however we have no pictures of grandma! Ava had fun with her Uncle Jordan and eating in Daddy's antique high chair. It was nearly impossible to keep her in it, though! (Thank goodness for modern inventions with restraints!)She was SO tired by the end of the day.
Ava hasn't quite outgrown her infant carrier, but she is nearly too tall for it so we got her new seats. Here she is checking out the one for Daddy's truck, giving a 1000 point inspection (or maybe just checking out the box!)
