Kitties!

Ava LOVES kitties...we have one, Gunther, and my mom has three, Rahja, Vidalia, and Brat the Cat. Ava was trying to feed Gunther her fruit snacks, so I thought it was a better idea to give her actual cat treats to feed him. It was too cute to watch her feed him, especially when he took them right out of her hand! Neither one would pose for me, so I couldn't get a good shot! However, you can tell that he got plenty of snacks!!

Big Girl Bed

We had to make a hard decision; whether to let Ava stay in her crib and potentially break something (ie: a bone!) as she climbs in and out of it OR to put her in a big girl bed that she can easily get into and out of. We went for the big girl bed and today was "Go Day." She has been in her room for an hour and I haven't heard one thing, yet. We are expecting a very long night, but so far, so good! Here is her bed!

On/Off

Ava has been flipping the lights on and off for a while, but we had to pick her up to the switch. Not anymore!!

Dresses and tools

I think Ava has the perfect balance in her life; a few dresses and a few tools!

Hairy Mess!

This is how Ava always wakes up, with a crazy mess on her head...I think I need help with this hair!!

Night Night

Ava really never had an attachment to any "lovies" or anything, however, she now wants to sleep with a baby, her blanket and 2 pacis!!! And, she asks for them by name! ("baby," "banket," and "nummy") Silly girl.
